Account usage

You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are intended for personal or household use; contact us for commercial licensing.

Credits and payments

• Unclaimed purchases made before sign-in expire after 90 days. Signing in with the purchase email attaches any eligible remaining credits to your account.
• Contact support if you are charged but the service cannot deliver the restoration. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the failure and payment circumstances.
• Taxes and fees are calculated during checkout based on your location.
• A paid restoration can request 4K output. Final dimensions and visual detail depend on the uploaded source and generated result.

AI-generated results

Restoration output is generated by AI and can vary between runs. It may add, omit, or reinterpret details, so review the result carefully before printing, publishing, or relying on it as an accurate historical record.

Acceptable content

Do not upload photos that violate applicable law or contain unlawful material. We may suspend access if we detect misuse that puts other customers or our infrastructure at risk.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service as-is and are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the previous six months.
